It cultivates curiosity, openness and acceptance of life, as well as greater compassion, gratitude for life, relaxation, and a sense of well-being and aliveness. My style is warm, interactive, empathic and intuitive. There is a space for humor in our work; which can provide a safe distance from the overwhelming, as well as a new and different perspective
