My fees are reasonable and flexible, and arrived at in each individual case by discussion and mutual agreement. A sliding scale or reduced fees are available for a limited period of time for students or others with financial limitations. Payment is due at the end of each session, payable by cash or personal cheque.
If appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled, my policy requires that clients provide me 48 hours notice. In most instances I will offer alternative days and/or times to meet. Failure to provide sufficient notice, or in the event that for other than medical or extreme circumstances, the client is unable to attend at any of the times offered, they will be charged the full session fee for the missed appointment(s). This policy exists due to the difficulty of filling last minute appointments.
