I practiced as a trained psychotherapist from 2004 to 2015. Beginning in 2009 my practice and ongoing studies have taken my work in a new direction such that I no longer consider myself a psychotherapist, choosing to be known as a therapist/counsellor. Currently my practice is primarily based on the intellectual framework of Buddhist in addition to other schools of thought and therapy. Since 2004 I have had the opportunity of working with a broad range of people and issues, and have developed particular interest and expertise in the following areas:
